Chicken Wraps
Tasty mexican recipe for outdoors

Ingredients
- 300g Chicken Breasts
- 6-8 Wraps
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- Olive Oil
- Tomatoes
- Coriander
- Mozzarella
- Jalapeños (optional)
- Spinach (optional)
- Paprika
- Piri Piri
- Coriander Powder
- Cumin
- 2 Laurel Leaves

Steps
- Dice the onion, garlic and tomatoes.
- Cut the chicken breasts in half.
- Put olive oil, onion, garlic and chicken in a baking tray, seasoning with lots of herbs (paprika, piri piri, coriander powder, cumin, 2 laurel leaves). Bake until chicken is ready.
- Pull the chicken with two forks or cut it into small pieces.
- Add the tomatoes, mix and put back in the oven for about 10 more minutes.
- Take out of the oven, let it cool down, put in the fridge.
- Later, assemble wraps with mozzarella, jalapeños, spinach and whatever else you want!
