Chicken Wraps

Tasty mexican recipe for outdoors

Ingredients

  • 300g Chicken Breasts
  • 6-8 Wraps
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • Olive Oil
  • Tomatoes
  • Coriander
  • Mozzarella
  • Jalapeños (optional)
  • Spinach (optional)
  • Paprika
  • Piri Piri
  • Coriander Powder
  • Cumin
  • 2 Laurel Leaves

Steps

  1. Dice the onion, garlic and tomatoes.
  2. Cut the chicken breasts in half.
  3. Put olive oil, onion, garlic and chicken in a baking tray, seasoning with lots of herbs (paprika, piri piri, coriander powder, cumin, 2 laurel leaves). Bake until chicken is ready.
  4. Pull the chicken with two forks or cut it into small pieces.
  5. Add the tomatoes, mix and put back in the oven for about 10 more minutes.
  6. Take out of the oven, let it cool down, put in the fridge.
  7. Later, assemble wraps with mozzarella, jalapeños, spinach and whatever else you want!
