Fish with Feta and Veggies
Cosy supper for the cold dark days

Ingredients
- White Fish
- Feta
- Tomatoes
- Coriander
- Parsley
- Fennel seeds
- Garlic Cloves
- Lemon
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Broccolini
- Paprika
- Potatoes

Steps
- Dice the tomatoes.
- Put the white fish in a baking tray with the broccolini and potatoes.
- Add fennel seeds and drizzle with olive oil. Place in the oven.
- Make pesto! Chop and mix (with a mixer) coriander and/or parsley with lemon juice and some salt.
- Get the fish out of the oven and "drizzle" with pieces of feta
- Add the tomatoes and put the pesto on top of the fish. Place back in the oven until fish is ready.
