Lentil Stew
Cosy supper for the cold dark days

Ingredients
- Lentils (green or brown)
- Yogurt
- Tomatoes
- 1 Carrots
- 1 Onion
- 1 Ginger
- Garlic (optional)
- 1 Lime
- Coriander
- Paprika
- Cumin
- Coriander Powder
- Pumpkin
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive Oil

Steps
- Dice the onion and the carrot.
- Chop the pumpkin into not-too-thick pieces.
- Place the onion in a pot with herbs (paprika, cumin, coriander powder, ginger, garlic). Let it cook for a few minutes.
- Put the pumpkin in the oven with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Add the carrot pieces and the lentils (uncooked), stir and add water.
- Stir regularly and add water if needed, until lentils are ready.
- Serve the lentils with the pumpkin, yogurt, lime, coriander… anything you like!
