Tabbouleh
A tasty light meal for hot weather

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Couscous
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 Lemons
- Feta (optional)
- Mint (lots)
- Parsley (lots)
- Coriander (optional)
- Basil (optional)
- Olive Oil
- Cumin
- Curcuma
- Coriander powder
- Salt
- Pepper

Steps
- Measure the couscous and put it in a bowl
- Add salt, pepper, cumin, coriander, curcuma and mix it so the herbs are all around
- Add olive oil and mix again
- Boil water and add 1 cup of water for 1 cup of couscous. Mix it and put aside to cool down
- Cut the tomatoes in small cubes and chop the fresh herbs
- When the couscous has cooled down add the tomatoes, herbs and squeeze the lemons
- Mix and enjoy!
- If you want feta, just take it out of the pack and put it in the oven for circa 10 minutes, cut it into small cubes and add them into the mix
