One Pot Pasta
Lazy healthy italian recipe

Ingredients
- Spaghetti
- 150g Cherry Tomatoes
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Onion (cut)
- 1 Chili (optional)
- Fresh Basil
- Olive Oil (Extra Virgin)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- Pecorino cheese

Steps
- Chop the onions into strips.
- Thinly chop the garlic and the chili.
- Slice the cherry tomatoes in half.
- Place the pasta in the middle of the cooking pot.
- Assemble the remaining ingredients around the pasta.
- Shred the basil and place it on top of the ingredients in the pot.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Put water (or chicken stock) until the contents are covered.
- Place pot over high heat and cook for approximately 10 minutes, continuously stirring.
- Grate the cheese and sprinkle on top
- Add some fresh basil on top
